Join Asskicker, Coach Jill and friends to face off against dynamic climbs, crawls, carries, sprints, swings, pulls and pushes as you take on our rugged obstacle running trail, challenge elements and bouldering!

LOCATION: Coldwater, Ontario 

Event registration includes your choice between a flowy racerback tank or a lightweight stretch performance hoodie which can be picked up in Barrie, or will be available for pickup at the event.

NOTE: Linked size chart is for the flowy racerback tank. Size charts for the hoodie and tank top can be found in the product images. Unisex tank tops are available in extended sizes upon request.

JOIN OUR FREE VIRTUAL FITNESS CHALLENGE! NOVEMBER 2022

Choose a continuous movement that keeps you moving quickly but efficiently. If you find yourself having to stop before the minute is over, you may need to adjust your pace. This could include jumping jacks, high knees, dance, butt kicks, step ups, running if you have a treadmill or biking if you have a stationary bike. You could also choose to do these workouts outside and run up and down stairs, do sprints, etc.
