Born in the Navy SEALs, TRX is a bodyweight suspension exercise system that helps develop strength, balance, flexibility and core stability simultaneously. The training tool is attached to a hook on the ceiling, and is surprisingly easy-to-learn for all levels, but still continually challenging, as it leverages gravity and the user’s body weight to offer hundreds of exercise variations. Please bring a mat and indoor running shoes.
AERIAL YOGA 2-3pm
Lead by Amanda (Minotaur from the Striking Vikings), this class is a great workout and a lot of fun. Aerial Yoga is practiced on a soft fabric trapeze suspended at waist-height from the ceiling. Combining acrobatic arts and anti-gravity yoga asana, it is fun and playful, but also helps find more length in the spine and alignment in yoga poses.
NOTE: Please do not use hand lotion before class, wear jewellery, belts, or clothing with snaps, grommets, gems or anything that could potentially snag the fabric. Avoid shorts or baggy pants.

The max capacity is 10 per class. Must be pre-paid—your spot will be reserved once payment is received.
Cancellation policy: There will be no refunds offered once your registration is processed but if you'd like to transfer your registration to someone else, you're welcome to post in the event group to try to find a replacement.
