- Asskicker's Outdoor Obstacle Adventures 5k course has over 14 obstacles to get your adrenaline and blood pumping!
- A professional photographer will be on site - there is no cost to download or share the photos after the event. Follow Asskicker Activewear on Facebook for details
- All obstacles are optional
- For women aged 19 and up
- This event is not timed
- Parking is free but we encourage carpooling
- Staggered start times may be implemented if the registration numbers are high
- An unofficial after party will take place at Quayle's Brewery
- Please note that we adhere to a strict no refund policy but registrations may be transferred to another participant. Changes to shirt sizes can be accommodated up to three weeks before the event.
- All obstacle trail runners require closed toe shoes. Fitness wear is recommended. Some participants found gloves helpful for climbing obstacles last year.
