We'll focus on strengthening our core & abs this month

Why is core strength important for women?  Core exercises train the muscles in your pelvis, lower back, hips and abdomen to work in harmony. This leads to better balance and stability, whether on the playing field or in daily activities. In fact, most sports and other physical activities depend on stable core muscles.

Our Strength Expert, Christine Pratt,  the founder of  Excite Physiotherapy will post videos to provide modifications and illustrate proper form, and will be in the Asskicker Army Facebook group to answer any questions. Julie from Asskicker will be participating in the challenge along with you, and cheering you on!

Here’s how it works:   

  1. Download this fitness activity calendar.
  2. Do the exercises outlined on our fitness calendar, each day.
    Visit our YouTube channel for demo videos if needed
  3. Take a pic of said activity.
  4. Post the pic in the Asskicker Army Facebook Group and tell us how you feel.
  5. Check the group and interact to get inspired!

Been out of exercising for about a month, been kinda depressed so I need a kick back into fitness routine & a schedule to get me going, I was hitting the gym 3-4 times a week just need something to get me back where I belong. Thanks so much for this
