Proudly Shipping Within Canada Only To ensure the best possible experience and avoid unpredictable cross-border tariffs and delays, Asskicker currently ships exclusively within Canada. We love supporting our homegrown community from coast to coast!Production & Processing Times

  • Custom-Made Just for You: Because your items are created upon order, please allow 5 to 7 business days for production before your order ships.
  • Notification: You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number the moment your package hits the road.

Shipping Rates & Local Pickup

  • Free Simcoe County Delivery (Orders over $65): We are thrilled to partner with JustSimcoe.ca to offer free local shipping within Simcoe County!How it works: Choose the shipping option at checkout (instead of pickup) and enter your mailing address. If your postal code is within Simcoe County, the Free Local Delivery option will automatically appear under your shipping methods.
  • Free Canadian Shipping (Orders over $75): For our friends outside of Simcoe County, enjoy free standard shipping across Canada on all orders over $75. For orders under $75, shipping rates are calculated automatically at checkout.
  • Local Pickup (Barrie, ON): Skip the wait entirely! If you are local to the Barrie area, select Local Pickup at checkout. We will email you instructions to coordinate a pickup at our East End studio.

We want you to feel absolutely amazing in your Asskicker gear. Since we are a small boutique brand operating on a custom-order model, we do not carry large warehouses of backstock, which means we approach returns and exchanges with a little extra care.Our 100% Fit & Quality Guarantee

  • Defects or Damages: If your apparel arrives with a print defect, fabric flaw, or manufacturing error, we will replace it immediately or issue a full refund. Please contact us within 30 days of receiving your item with a quick photo of the issue.
  • Sizing Exchanges: Because items are custom-made, we highly encourage checking our size charts before buying. However, if the fit just isn't right, reach out to us! We want you to wear and love your gear, so we will work with you to find a solution.
  • Conditions: For general returns or size exchanges, items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.
