Introducing our 7-Day Outside Activity Challenge: The ultimate mood is booster - outdoor exercise!

Your goal is to do an outdoor activity for at least 20 mins every day from November 11-17!

Here is how it works:
Step 1 - Get outside for 20+ mins
Step 2 - Take a pic of said activity
Step 3 - Post the pic in the Asskicker Army Facebook Group and tell us what you did
Step 4 - Check the group and interact to get inspired!

So to sweeten the deal, we have prizes!!
