Frequently asked questions

We use a low-inventory, custom-order model. Please allow 5–7 business days for production before shipping. You’ll receive a shipping confirmation with tracking when your order is dispatched; transit time varies, so we can’t promise a delivery date.

Size charts are on product pages above the size dropdown. Extended sizes up to 3X–5X vary by style; see our sizing charts and product details. For sizing concerns, reach out and we’ll try to find a solution. General returns or size exchanges must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition; see our return policy for full terms.

Screenprinted shirts: wash warm, inside out, with like colours; tumble dry low. Do not iron or dry clean. Screenprinted pants and leggings: wash cold, inside out, with like colours; tumble dry low or hang dry. Do not iron or dry clean. Headbands: hand wash cold with mild detergent, no chlorine bleach; dry flat. Do not machine dry or iron. Slight fading after the first wash is possible. Details: care instructions.

For defects or print, fabric, or manufacturing issues, contact us within 30 days of receiving your order and include a photo; we’ll offer a replacement or full refund. General returns or size exchanges must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition. The return policy offers an exchange or refund if returned within 60 days; it does not specify the start date. We ship within Canada. Free standard Canadian shipping applies to orders over $75; otherwise rates are shown at checkout. Simcoe County delivery is free on orders over $65 through JustSimcoe.ca: choose shipping (not pickup) and enter your address to check postal-code eligibility.
