Meet Kim Booth, the founder of Yoga by Kim: Hi guys! I’m Kim—mom to 4 men and married to my high school sweetheart (lucky guy!!). I’ve been practicing yoga for over 15 years, but have really settled in and been constant for that last 4 years. I graduated YTT from the amazing Bliss Ann Green Yoga in Barrie in 2018 and have hit the ground running, with a goal of making group yoga accessible and inviting to everyone. I host donation based classes at St. Vincent Park in Barrie and collaborate with many business in a joint effort to build relationships and kindness throughout our community. My ultimate goal and what I’m working towards is being able to travel about, teaching at different locations and venues along the way bringing accessible yoga to everyBODY! My husband and I bought a 1950’s Layton tin trailer that we are in the process of renovating, and the plan is to have this be our home base for these travel adventures! Keep watching the blog for updates on our escapades!

We're going to take a break from our Monthly Fitness Challenges for the holidays this December, but you are still welcome to participate in the Asskicker Army Facebook Group. If you'd like to continue with the structure of our challenges, you can download one of the calendars from a previous month to follow. Details about all of our fitness challenges can be found on the list below.
Choose a continuous movement that keeps you moving quickly but efficiently. If you find yourself having to stop before the minute is over, you may need to adjust your pace. This could include jumping jacks, high knees, dance, butt kicks, step ups, running if you have a treadmill or biking if you have a stationary bike. You could also choose to do these workouts outside and run up and down stairs, do sprints, etc.
