Join Christine and Julie for April's Virtual Fitness Challenge!

The goal is to get stronger and go outside for some Vitamin D and running/walking intervals this month. Whether you’re training for our upcoming Obstacle Adventure or just want to get more active this month, this challenge is perfect for you. We start off easy and build up the reps while we get stronger throughout the month.

Our fitness expert, Christine Pratt of Excite Physiotherapy is a Registered Physiotherapist with advanced skills and over 10 years of experience, as well as an avid mountain biker and CrossFit athlete. Christine will provide videos that include three variations of each exercise so all participants can succeed at their individual ability and fitness level. She will also be available in the group to answer any questions.

Julie Bateman, founder of Asskicker Activewear will be participating in the challenge along with you—cheering you on along the way!

Every day in April is a new chance to complete your challenge and and earn another chance to WIN prizes.

Choose a continuous movement that keeps you moving quickly but efficiently. If you find yourself having to stop before the minute is over, you may need to adjust your pace. This could include jumping jacks, high knees, dance, butt kicks, step ups, running if you have a treadmill or biking if you have a stationary bike. You could also choose to do these workouts outside and run up and down stairs, do sprints, etc.
