Join Christine and Julie for April's Virtual Fitness Challenge!

The goal is to get stronger and go outside for some Vitamin D and running/walking intervals this month. Whether you’re training for our upcoming Obstacle Adventure or just want to get more active this month, this challenge is perfect for you. We start off easy and build up the reps while we get stronger throughout the month.

Our fitness expert, Christine Pratt of Excite Physiotherapy is a Registered Physiotherapist with advanced skills and over 10 years of experience, as well as an avid mountain biker and CrossFit athlete. Christine will provide videos that include three variations of each exercise so all participants can succeed at their individual ability and fitness level. She will also be available in the group to answer any questions.

Julie Bateman, founder of Asskicker Activewear will be participating in the challenge along with you—cheering you on along the way!

Every day in April is a new chance to complete your challenge and and earn another chance to WIN prizes.

The Asskicker Army is a group of fun, friendly, supportive women who like to make new friends while challenging themselves by participating in fitness activities or events like the Aerial Yoga, Stand Up Paddling, Kickboxing or Yoga + Cider classes we've done in the past.
