Join our March Virtual Fitness Challenge!

Join Christine and Julie as we get back to basics with a virtual fitness challenge that includes a daily routine of push-ups, squats and sit-ups.

Whether you’re training for our upcoming Obstacle Race or just want to get more active this month, this challenge is perfect for you. We start off easy and build up the reps while we get stronger throughout the month.

Our fitness expert, Christine Pratt of Excite Physiotherapy is a Registered Physiotherapist with advanced skills and over 10 years of experience, as well as an avid mountain biker and CrossFit athlete. Christine will provide videosthat include three variations of each exercise so each participant can succeed at their individual ability and fitness level. She will also be available in the group to answer any questions.

Julie Bateman, founder of Asskicker Activewear will be participating in the challenge along with you—cheering you on along the way!

Every day in March is a new chance to complete your challenge and and earn another chance to WIN prizes from Asskicker Activewear, Marnie & Michael Leather Bags and Farah Miltimore, Transformational Life Coach & Speaker.

Join the Asskicker Army Facebook Group for the complete details.

This could include jumping jacks, high knees, dance, butt kicks, step ups, running if you have a treadmill or biking if you have a stationary bike. You could also choose to do these workouts outside and run up and down stairs, do sprints, etc.
