Donation based yoga classes

Join Kim at St. Vincent Park (65 Blake Street) in Barrie as we continue our yoga practice and strengthen our community while practicing in the great outdoors. Together we are re-learning what it feels like to live life with pure enjoyment!

Class will start at 5:45pm, be 60-75 min long (depending on the bug level) and is suitable for every body. Please bring a yoga mat or a towel, hydration, a light blanket for a cozy Savasana and bug spray.

This is a donation based yoga class-pay what you can!

Dates are subject to change—lets face it Mother Nature doesn't always co-operate!! Stay up-to-date on the latest news and posts on Kim's facebook page.

Yoga by Kim presents Yoga in the Park every Wednesday this summer in Barrie, Ontario

Meet Kim

Hi guys! I’m Kim-mom to 4boys men, and married to my high school sweetheart (lucky guy!!).

I’ve been practicing yoga for over 15 years, but have really settled in and been constant for that last 4 years. I graduated YTT from the amazingBliss Ann Green Yoga in Barrie in 2018 and have hit the ground running, with a goal of making group yoga accessible and inviting to everyone. I host donation based classes  at St. Vincent Park in Barrie and collaborate with many business in a joint effort to build relationships and kindness throughout our community.

My ultimate goal and what I’m working towards is being able to travel about, teaching at different locations and venues along the way bringing accessible yoga to everyBODY!

My husband and I bought a 1950’s Layton tin trailer that we are in the process of renovating, and the plan is to have this be our home base for these travel adventures! Keep watching the blog for updates on our escapades!

November Fitness Challenge

October 28, 2024

This month's FREE Fitness Challenge is based on functional fitness training—a type of workout geared explicitly toward better function when performing everyday tasks. These tasks might include putting a heavy object on a high shelf, bending to pick up something off the floor, or walking up and down stairs.
