The Goal: 1000 Miles in 2025
The goal is to walk, run, or hike 1000 miles in one year from January 1st, 2025 to December 31st 20251000 miles may sound like a lot but it can be done when you break it down—and 2025 is the perfect year to challenge yourself.

Converted to aprox. 1610 km in total, it’s an average of 4.4 km a day. We've created a printable progress tracker that you can use to stay motivated, along with the encouragement you'll receive in the Asskicker Army Facebook Group.

There will be no cost to join and there will be opportunities to win prizes throughout the year, and to earn an Exclusive Finisher Shirt from Asskicker Activewear. Details will be available in the Facebook Group.

Where can I find the downloads?

What counts towards my mileage?
Biking counts at the rate of 1 Challenge mile per 3 biking miles. Treadmills, stair masters, elliptical machines, snowshoeing, and cross-country skiing also count!

How do I track my miles?
You can use a smartphone app like Strava, MapMyRun or Nike Run Club or a wearable activity tracker like Fitbit, Garmin, or a pedometer to track individual walks or runs, then input the distance into your tracker. Once a week, you'll see a check-in post in the Asskicker Army Group where you can share your progress.

We have created a printable tool to help you track your mileage and stay motivated, as well as a digital worksheet you can use to plan or track your milage. Please download and make a copy of it before editing.

How do I register for the challenge?

How do I earn an Exclusive Finisher Shirt?
To earn an Exclusive Finisher Shirt from Asskicker Activewear, you must register online at asskickeractivewear.com, share your progress in the Asskicker Army Facebook Group, and post weekly and tag Asskicker Activewear at least once each week of 2025. The number of free shirts will be limited to the first 50 registrants. There will be additional ways to win prizes throughout the year—up to date details about prizes will be posted in the Asskicker Army Facebook Group.

Who will be participating in this challenge?
The Asskicker Army is a group of fun, friendly, supportive women who like to make new friends while challenging themselves by participating in virtual challenges or attending events and classes like the Aerial Yoga, Stand up Paddling, Kickboxing or Yoga and Cider classes we've done in the past.
