Program Details: 

Four week program

Make your body. Make your life. A Krash Course. 
runs from April 3-May 1, 2017. 

Fitness Program

Every workout is approximately 30 minutes long—in order to maximize this program, consistency will be key. You may be sore after your workout, especially in the beginning and that's totally normal. The workouts can be challenging and are designed for you to strengthen yourself physically as well as mentally. 

If you're just starting to work out, don't worry! There will be modifications to suit beginner to advanced fitness levels. It's important to challenge yourself but not worry about what anyone else is doing.

Please be sure to allow one or more days in between each workouts. For example choose Mon/Wed/Fri or Tues/Thurs/Sat to complete these workouts. Also, be sure to get one full rest day each week and to eat well.

When you finish your workout post a fun sweaty selfie or a picture of you doing the workout to the Facebook group to let us know you finished. Posting in the group will keep you accountable and create some massive energy inside our community.

This is your program. You will get out what you put in. 

Nutrition

Fueling yourself like an athlete is just as important as doing the workouts. Eat plenty of veggies, protein, good fats, fruit and complex carbs. If you have any questions about what to eat or how to fit the workouts into your week please don't hesitate to contact Krissy Krash—she's here for your success!

We encourage you to post photos of your meals and snacks in the Facebook group to help keep you motivated and so you can share meal ideas within the community.

Support

When you join this program, you'll be added to a private Facebook group where you'll access weekly workouts and information about how to eat clean and healthy meals. This group is also where you'll post photos of your meals and fun sweaty selfies! The community provides the accountability and encouragement that will keep you engaged in the program. We want you to succeed and will help celebrate your accomplishments!
